Today is a very special day.
Today is Release Day.
Thanmir War is live on Amazon. And the best part is, today, it’s free!
You can find it on Goodreads. And Amazon has it available for purchase. It’s my deepest hope that you find the story enjoyable and entertaining that you’d want to tell your friends. π
Here are the details:
Title: Thanmir War
Genre: Fantasy
Blurb:
The Earth Clan has declared war and a landscaper is at the dead center of it.
Derek thinks his chronic headaches are the worst of his problems.
He’s wrong.
He wakes up in the middle of an unknown forest, surrounded by a couple dozen dead men he has no memory of killing. His only way back to society as he knows it is MaTisha, an amnesic woman with the power to transcend world boundaries.
But going home isn’t as easy as he had hoped, not when MaTisha is sought by two opposing armies prepared to do anything to keep her from the other side.
Derek finds himself caught in the center, mixed up with mercenaries and guardians. And now, he’s been possessed by a murderous alter ego with a personal mission to keep MaTisha safe. He wants nothing more to return to the life and family he loves.
But his alter ego has other plans.
If it sounds like something you’d like, buy it here.

Now, my dream destination…

Any of my family and close friends can tell you where my dream destination is. Japan. I’ve been in love with the culture since childhood, had dreamed of traveling there with my grandmother before she had passed on, and it tends to influence most of my design decisions. If I could, I’d explore the countryside, roam the bamboo forests, and dazzle myself in the city.

And ramen. I’d definitely eat ramen.
I’d already bought my kindle version a few days back, been showing it to everyone.
It looks like the paperback is live on the CreateSpace store!
Glee! It’ll be my Christmas present to me!
Hehe, I’m honored that would be your present to yourself. But did you ever get yourself a new office chair? I think that might take a bit of priority.
It got retired. Using a dining chair now. Not exactly comfortable. I mean the padding is a suggestion, but it does the job.
Yay! Congratulations on your release!! I wish you tons of success with the book. It sounds fantastic.
And Japan is a great choice, I think it would be amazing to go there. Thanks so much for taking part in our Hop!
Grats to you too! I’m looking forward to reading your new release. Thanks for hosting a wonderful blog hop.
Congratulations on your release!
I’ve been a Nipponophile since I was 14, in the summer of ’94. I’d love to visit Japan someday, particularly since I’m planning on writing some Japanese historicals when my queue is finally empty. At the moment, my favorite period of Japanese history is the Heian Era.
Japanese historicals? I think those would be a great read!
Japan is a wonderful place; the culture, the food, the dancing! And yes, the awesome swimming π
I miss it. A lot.
Swimming? That wasn’t something I’d thought about. Now that you bring it up, I have to add it to my list of things to do… once I finally get to go.
Ahhh…Japan, very, very nice! My Aunt traveled through Japan over fifty years ago. She loved it, and I fell in love with Japan many years ago also.
My grandma used to take trips there. She inspired my love for the place, as well as so many other areas in my life.
I forgot to say Congratulations on your release of Thanmir War!! Good Luck and Much Success!!
Thank you!
Oh, I do want to see Kyoto one day and tour the temples and see the cherry blossoms in bloom. That would be a great trip. And congrats on your release too!
Definitely! The temples, the blossoms… Planning a trip would have to take the blossoms into consideration. Couldn’t go without seeing them.
And thanks!
Congratulations on your book launch, and here’s to wishing you much success. (You can’t see me, but I’m saluting with my glass of water…)
Japan is a super choice. My brother was stationed there for quite a few years before he retired from the Marines, and he loved it there.
Thank you! I’ve had a couple friends stationed there and they said the same thing. π
Congrats on your release Loni! Japan would definitely be an exciting place to visit! Congrats also to Julie and Lexa!
Thank you!
Congrats on your release! I love your cover, and wish you huge success. This is such a great day for all of us!
Japan is a very exotic choice. It’s so grand, beautiful and mysterious. I’ve met a number of Japanese people in Egypt. They are without fail the most respectful and polite people in the world. Thanks for joining the hop. π
Thank you, and congrats to you too! And thanks for hosting this awesome blog hop. π
I’m glad you like the cover. It took a lot of trial and error to finally reach the finished product. It turned out well for a DIY, if I do say so myself. π
Congrats on the release! I really envy your ability to write fantasy π
Thank you! I think sticking within the confines of reality would be a lot tougher, but you do so marvelously in your short stories (Such is Life).
I want to go to Japan, too! There’s something so magical about it! CONGRATS on your release!! YAY!! Your books sounds awesome!!
Thank you! I’m looking forward to your upcoming cover reveal. Woot!

Been to Japan and loved it… so beautiful there.
Congrats on the release! Japan was at the top of my list as well. I had to choose, but your pics make me want to go there even more. So many places, so little money. π
I’ve been to your dream destination, Loni! I spent a couple of weeks in Japan! It’s an amazing place. Such a surreal fusion of the traditional with the high-tech. I hope you get there one day!
Oh, and huge congrats on the release of you novel! π
Wonderful pictures. Japan seems high on the Dream Destination list π

Congrats on the new book, Loni! Awesome!
Japan would be an awesome place to visit.
Woot! Another one for Japan! That was my choice when I wrote my blog post for this as well. Mmmm…yes, I’d love to hit up some ramen shops! Sampling the food there – especially in Osaka – is on my bucket list.
Stunning pictures! I’d love to visit Japan.
Happy release day!
