Featured Photo Friday

Posted on January 31, 2014January 31, 2014 by Loni Townsend

This one is a bit abstract. We recently replaced our shower curtain. The water caught the light just right. I decided snag my phone and snap the picture. Don’t worry, I avoided getting my phone wet.

What do think? Do you like abstract art? What pictures inspire you?

I love this one! The squares are offset by the beads of water. It makes a wonderful 3D effect!

    Great job!

This is awesome! I’d never guess it’s something as simple as a shower curtain. Very cool.

I thought it was a pretty cool curtain for being the cheapest one the store had too!

It’s not that. I just see tiny rooms, like a dozen cameras aimed at identical hospital wards. I am creeped and puzzled at the same time.

          Hospital wards? Yeah, that’s creepy!

Shiny- I like! Also, this shower curtain looks like it would serve to wake you up real quick, lol! Nice on those ‘eyes feel glued shut’ mornings… =)

The shower curtain, and freezing cold water. Both are terrific eye-openers.

Thanks! Heh, do artistic photographers make any more money than writers?

Beautiful. This is the kind of picture I could sit back, absorb, and then wax poetic with prose. It kind of reminds me of Greyed Rainbow…only prettier. =)
