Music and Characters

Characters roam the corridors of my mind, each one bobbing his or her head to a different tune. I realized some time ago that I associate certain songs to my characters and occasionally flick on my playlist while writing code at work. It’s up to 51 songs, spanning all my characters at different stages in my story. I’ve decided to document the songs I’ve since linked to my characters. These songs span the entire lifetime of the character, so not all are applicable to Thanmir War and some characters will never be seen until later books. Additional songs may be added as I hear them and they move me.

  1. Oh, I love so many of those songs … you got some very powerful ones there.
Darn it, now Some Nights is going to play in the background of my mind whenever I read about Cameron.

Interestingly, at least for me, I also have the songs Viva la Vida and ET (solo version) linked to characters.
